Diego Medone is a senior executive with an outstanding background in strategy, leadership and business transformation.
As Newlink’s Chief Strategy Officer, Mr. Medone reports directly to, and works closely with president and CEO Sergio Roitberg. His primary objective is to keep Newlink at the forefront of the new and the next, helping the company identify, understand, and prepare for the next currents of change.
Before joining Newlink, Mr. Medone was the COO for KPMG Latin America Markets, in charge of region-wide business development. In this capacity, he managed some of the largest international accounts for KPMG, a global advisory firm. Prior to that, he was with KPMG Argentina as Partner in Charge of Sales, Markets, Marketing & Communication, LATAM, where he led the go-to-market strategy and developed long-term strategic alliances.
He also served as the Marketing Strategy Director for Telefónica. In addition, he has held executive positions with Fiat, and with AT&T.
Mr. Medone earned his degree in Business Administration with post graduate studies in Business Administration and Advanced Management Techniques and Strategy at IMD in Switzerland, and studied at IESE in Barcelona, and other prestigious Business Schools in the U.S. and Argentina.
