Claudio Roitberg is a professional with more than 35 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Administration. His career includes strategic positions in multinational companies such as Kraft Suchard and American Express, where he led complex financial processes, business mergers, and key negotiations for the development of high-impact projects.

He currently serves as Finance Director at Newlink, leading financial planning, budget control, and the optimization of administrative processes. His comprehensive approach combines analytical vision, strong leadership, and a results-oriented mindset.

Claudio also has a solid background in the media and entertainment sector. He worked as a news producer at leading radio stations such as Radio Continental, Splendid, and Belgrano, where he designed and implemented agile and effective organizational systems for managing interviews and team operations.

Throughout his career, he has successfully integrated his two main areas of expertise—finance and communications—applying modern management tools and fostering high-performance collaborative environments. He studied Business Administration at the University of Buenos Aires and completed advanced programs in Financial Management and Executive Talent Management at ESEADE University Institute.

With more than 30 years of experience in communications, marketing, and strategy, Igor Negueruela has built a solid track record in leading and growing companies in the sector.

Throughout his career, he has headed companies such as Ruiz Nicoli, The Farm, Grupo BAP&Conde and Opera Prima. His approach is based on strategic planning, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration, driving solutions that generate tangible impact for organizations and their audiences.

At Newlink Spain, he first joined as Head of Business Development and, since 2025, serves as Managing Director of the Madrid office, where he leads the company’s strategy and growth in Spain. Under his leadership, he reinforces the commitment to Engagement as the central axis of the business and the consultancy’s purpose, contributing to the development of clients, teams, and society. His leadership style is defined by approachability, a global vision, and the ability to inspire and coordinate diverse teams toward common goals.

Cristina holds a degree in Communication Sciences from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), a Master’s in International Relations (CIDOB), and has completed executive programs in Board Governance (EADA), Digital Business (Dibex, ISDI), Sustainable Business (Cambridge), and Business Applications of AI (Euncet-UPC).

In 2000, she founded Both, a corporate culture and reputation consultancy, which today forms part of Newlink as its Culture division. Prior to founding Both, she served as Communications Director at the José Carreras Foundation and worked in media. She has 30 years of experience in corporate culture, internal and crisis communication, and cultural transformation.

In 2025, she was awarded the National Communication Award by the Government of Catalonia, recognizing her leadership, career, and contribution to the sector, alongside other leading professionals. She is a board member of the College of Journalists of Catalonia, the APD Council, and the Factor Humà Foundation board.

Eduardo holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from ESADE Business School – Ramon Llull University, as well as a Master’s in Digital Business from ESADE. He has built a career spanning more than three decades in marketing, communications, and management, advising brands, institutions, and business leaders while bringing strategic vision and broad expertise to the sector.

Eduardo has worked in several countries and across a wide range of industries (multinationals, start-ups, NGOs, and the public sector), which has given him a highly transversal perspective on marketing and communications. Since 2018, he has been Partner and Executive Director of Both. People & Comms – A Newlink Company.

He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Spanish Digital Economy Association (Adigital), the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG Spain), and ESADE Alumni’s Digital Club. He also co-chairs the Communications Committee of the French Chamber of Commerce in Barcelona.

She has been a jury member at major international festivals and was named one of the Women in Marketing by Merca 2.0.

Carolina Castilla Rubio leads Newlink’s operations in Peru and has more than 30 years of experience in corporate affairs. She is a specialist in the design and implementation of reputation management and public affairs programs, becoming a trusted advisor to renowned national and international companies.

Throughout her career, she has held key positions such as Corporate Affairs Manager at Lima Airport Partners and Minera Yanacocha, where she led engagement with the business sector, government entities, and the social environment. She has also headed some of the country’s most important business and trade associations, including the National Confederation of Private Business Institutions (CONFIEP), where she served as General Manager, and the Association of Public Services Companies (ADEPSEP, now AFIN).

In the public sector, she worked for five years at the Commission for the Promotion of Private Investment in Peru (COPRI, now Proinversión), contributing to the promotion of private investment in the country.

Carolina studied Law and Political Science at the University of Lima and holds graduate studies in International Law from the Washington College of Law at American University in Washington, D.C., USA.

Jessica is a seasoned professional in reputation and crisis management across various industries, such as finance, family conglomerates, and oil & gas. She leads training programs in different areas such as Media Training, Storytelling, Key Messaging Construction, Presentation, Crisis Drills, among others. Her diverse expertise, brings a wealth of knowledge to any client looking to effectively manage their reputation, brand and navigate challenging situations.

Fernando Martínez is a business strategist and expert in corporate communications and reputation management with more than 25 years of experience. He serves as Vice President of Newlink in the Dominican Republic, Central America, and the Caribbean, where he develops business strategies and leads a consulting practice focused on helping clients manage their business through the dimensions of reputation, brand, and culture.

His strategic vision is rooted in the analysis of up-to-date data and contextual insights, enabling effective and timely decision-making. This methodology has allowed him to provide precise and impactful solutions for high-level organizations. Throughout his career as a consultant, he has advised more than 100 leading national and international companies across various sectors in the Dominican Republic, North America, Central America, and the Caribbean, achieving highly satisfactory results.

He began his professional career in consumer goods companies such as Procter & Gamble, where he gained experience in sales and marketing. For more than a decade, he served as Communications and Corporate Affairs Manager for CEMEX Dominicana, focusing on the company’s reputation management. During his tenure, he raised awareness on sustainability issues, promoted compliance with the company’s code of ethics, and founded the CEMEX Foundation, which coordinated the organization’s corporate social responsibility efforts.

Fernando has built his career around values of collaboration and social commitment. He is widely recognized for his role in managing the reputation crisis of mining giant Barrick Pueblo Viejo in the Dominican Republic. The communication strategy he led enabled the company to rebuild its image and reestablish stakeholder relations, contributing to the start of its production at the end of 2012. The successful planning and execution of this strategy earned Newlink and Barrick Pueblo Viejo the prestigious Silver Anvil Award, presented by the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) — one of the highest honors in the global communications industry.

Over the years, Fernando has developed a deep understanding of emerging digital trends and online conversations, allowing him to anticipate, identify, and mitigate potential risks for his clients. He has also cultivated an extensive network of media contacts and relationships with key business groups in the Dominican Republic, giving him access to one of the country’s most comprehensive stakeholder maps and valuable insight for strategic decision-making.

A passionate educator and speaker, Fernando frequently participates in conferences, panels, and workshops, and serves as a juror for international awards such as Effie Latam, Top Brand, and Superbrand. Since 2005, he has been part of the faculty at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in the business administration program run in partnership with EAE Business School (Spain). He holds an MBA from the University of Quebec in Montreal, a Master’s in Public Relations from Universidad Católica de Santo Domingo (summa cum laude), and a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña. He has also completed numerous international specialization programs in strategy, business, and corporate communications.

Today, he divides his time between his responsibilities at Newlink, academic teaching, publishing articles, and participating in national forums discussing social, economic, and political trends from the perspective of corporate relations, reputation impact, and intangible asset management.
