Director - Creative Center of Excellence (COE)

A specialist in strategy, creativity and project management with a solid and extensive career, Ariel Martínez is driving the expansion of Newlink’s operational and creative capabilities as director of the Creative Center of Excellence (COE), a global services unit.

With more than 25 years of experience in creative operations and account management, including noteworthy international accounts such as Toyota and Nestlé, Ariel knows how to successfully carry out realistic and effective plans to boost business growth.

With a comprehensive and pragmatic approach, Ariel is in charge of understanding and meeting the needs and challenges of current and potential clients, choosing and coordinating the best resources from Newlink’s offices around the world to guarantee excellent deliverables.

Before joining Newlink, he was customer services director for Dentsu Aegis Network Argentina. He also led operations in other renowned agencies as country manager of Kantar Worldpanel, operations director at GC Comunicación, general director of Visual Latina Argentina and account director at McCann-Erickson Argentina.

Ariel studied Advertising at Lomas de Zamora National University (UNLZ). He is passionate about cinema, sushi and, as any good Argentine, asado.
