Challenge

The company needed to communicate its future plans to distributors and strengthen employees’ sense of pride and belonging during its annual convention, attended by more than 2,500 participants.

Solution

We created the concept “The Future We Want”, which became the event’s storytelling framework and guided the development of all content and experiences throughout the convention.

Results

The project required the coordination of more than 20 agencies, over 100 suppliers, and 500 employees working under our direction. Together, we showcased the future of networking and 3.0 activations, successfully engaging employees with the company’s long-term vision and next year’s goals.
